Gipping Court is a key administrative facility for Suffolk County Council located on Russell Road in Ipswich. The site serves as a functional hub for local government operations, characterized by its urban commercial architecture and prominent position within the town's civic district.

The De La Warr Pavilion was designed by architect Erich Mendelsohn and structural engineer Felix Samuely. As a Grade I-listed building, the project required a system that could be installed without placing excessive loads on the original structure.

The project is located at Units 23 & 24 Aston Road in Bromsgrove, serving as a primary operational hub for All4One Engineering Limited. The site features a standard industrial profile with expansive roof space suitable for a large-scale solar array, designed to support heavy engineering operations and specialized machinery.
