The two-storey office building locates in a densely populated area at Winchester city centre, bringing engineering challenges to this project including logistics and scaffolding access - both were closely managed by Absolar's project management team. The building has a slate roof, and the client has chosen to install an in-roof solar system, integrating solar panels into the roof with an aesthetic appearance.

The Engineering Centre is a newly constructed property located in the University of Southampton Science Park which serves as a home for various innovative companies and innovation hub for University of Southampton.

Located in the University of Southampton Science Park, Phi house offers office and research laboratories to DEKRA. The building has a standing seam kalzip roof and has a very high energy consumption of c.1,000,000 kWh with peak energy demand occurring on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
